Replacement policy
No Exchange / No Returns / No Cancelleations / No change of colour or product after purchase.
Replacement possible if product is delivered damaged as per oprning video.
On the same day of the delivery, please make and share a 360 degree view of the full box from all sides sealed and closed with continuous uncut or unedited one single video of opening or unboxing parcel.
Video should be done from the top angle so that all the products are clearly visible in the unboxing video and while the recording is running on then show each product one by one incase of any issue to claim any dispute.
Please note (no multiple videos or images shall be accepted) and the video needs to be shared on the same of day of delivery with us incase of any dispute. Without proper opening video by following all the above mentioned instructions no complaints will be accepted.
